Our story
At 21, Ynja Mist Aradóttir moved from Iceland to Denmark in January 2017 with the original plan of studying at university. Instead, she decided to open a cake shop. This is how Bake my Day, as we know it today, was founded in December 2017 by Ynja and her mother, Ester Ingvarsdóttir.
We also have cakes ready for pick-up after 24 hours - cookies, cupcakes, mini cakes and other treats - available in the cafe or for order via the webshop.
