This is a course of 1 month of learning the basics of cake decorating. You will learn how to assemble a cake, how to cover with fondant, make fondant ribbons and other details. You will walk out of this class being able to make a birthday cake for your children / or family.

About The Event
The class will be held every Monday (FIRST CLASS WILL BE ON A TUESDAY) at 19: 00-21: 00 with new exciting projects every week.
Week 1 - Tuesday 19. March
You will get familiar with the tools and materials we use, learn how to roll out cut out fondant for different purposes, make fondant letters, cut out different shapes, and how to make different types of buttercream piping. You will take home some cupcakes.
Week 2 - Monday 25. March
You will learn how to work fondant in your hands and make different kinds of textures / patterns and decorations, as well as learning a bit about composition and colors. We will make a bow, some letters, and simple types of handmade flowers, and other decorations of your choice, which you will use to decorate your final cake project.
