Bake self cookie dough

Citrus glitters cookie dough

All you will need is:

  • An oven and parchment paper;

  • Your cookie dough


PRE - HEAT OVEN TO 160°

Make some balls out of cookie dough, it’s best to make around 10-15 of them, but the size is up to you. Press the balls into the citrus sugar, turn the sugar side up on the parchment paper.

Tip: The cookies should not turn brown , they should still be soft in the middle.

Baking time 8 minutes.

Ingredients: flour, sugar, vegan butter, oat milk, corn starch, vanilla extract, baking powder,baking soda, salt, lemon and orange powder.

Chewy chocolate chip cookie dough

All you will need is:

  • An oven and parchment paper;

  • Your cookie dough


PRE - HEAT OVEN TO 160°

This dough is best to work with when cold, as it’s very soft and sticky. Bake them while they are still cold balls, this dough will melt very easily in the oven.

Baking time 10-14 minutes

Ingredients: brown sugar, vegan butter, flour, dark chocolate, oats, almond flour, flax seeds, water, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, salt.

Gingerbread cookie dough

All you will need is:

  • An oven and parchment paper;

  • Knife or dough roller&shapes;

  • Flour;

  • Your cookie dough


PRE - HEAT OVEN TO 150°

This dough is best to work with when in room temperature. Roll the dough out thin on a table with a bit of flour. Cut out into funny Christmas shapes with knife or cookie cutters

Baking time 9-10 minutes

Ingredients: flour, sugar, rapeseed oil, oat milk, molasses, light syrup, ginger spice, salt, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon.
