These cookies weigh a whopping 150 grams per cookie, and they have a delicious filling in the middle. They are baked with lots of "chunks" in the dough, which gives them the perfect bite. Namely the combination of the crispy with the perfect soft cookie, where the filling lifts them to completely new heights! A cookie can easily be divided into 4 smaller parts, if you want each person to taste several varieties. Then they can also be enough for more than 1 person each, since not everyone can eat the whole 150 grams.
