Our New Year's cake this year features one of our new flavors for 2026, a light layer cake with dulce de leche cream cheese, pecans and homemade caramel, topped with dark chocolate and a swirl cake. It's a sure winner for New Year's Eve.

 If you want the cake to be vegan, it can be made as a Chocolate Cake with Oreo Cream instead.
